The Classic Disney Villa in the prestigious Encore Resort at Reunion awaits you and your family for the ultimate vacation. Step inside this uniquely themed villa located minutes from Disney World & create lifelong memories! This fully equipped villa boasts 2,831 sq. ft., 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in one of the most luxury and top rated gated communities. Please note the villa does NOT include guest access to Reunion water park, however, you are welcome to visit the onsite restaurant and store.

Please Note the Following:

- Minimum age to rent is 25 / 12 Guests Maximum.

- Unregistered guests are not allowed

- Pets are not allowed (A service animal must be under the control of its handler. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless the individual’s disability prevents using these devices or these devices interfere with the service animal’s safe, effective performance of tasks. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.)

- The home is suitable for toddlers and children under 12

- Smoking is not allowed inside, (including patio/pool area)

- Parties and events are prohibited

- Please be aware of the noise curfew (10pm - 8am)

- Please no eating or drinking in the bedrooms

- No illegal substances and activities on the property

- Bag trash and dispose of it in the trash cans outside (Trash is collected daily as valet service)

- Please do not move the furniture.

- No candles or open flames allowed in any part of the villa

- Please lock doors when you exit the villa

Covid Precautions:
• The villa is deep cleaned and sanitized before check-in.
• Starter pack of disinfecting wipes included.
• Touchless climate control (home is preset between 71-76 degrees or your specifications prior to your arrival).
• Contactless gate entry to Resort (QR code is provided prior to check-in)
• Touchless pool and spa heat that is automated remotely ( Pool/Spa Heat is $45 per night and must be on for the duration of your stay)

Be greeted by the natural light and open concept layout as you enter the villa. The living area is simply perfect for the family to relax and unwind after a day at “The Most Magical Place on Earth” while enjoying the 70-inch 4K SMART TV with comfy sectional. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Dining area features a beautiful dining table that can comfortably seat up to 8 guests and counter seating for 4 guests.

Private pool with spillover spa allows you to enjoy your own Florida tropical oasis. The pool area also features a covered lanai with 2 fans, 4 Sun Loungers, and outdoor dining table that seats 8.

Looking for relaxation? Then head towards the theater room located on the first floor. The custom Adventureland theater room allows you to host a movie night with your family and friends with an 85-inch smart-tv screen, 7.1 Dolby Atmos surround sound, 4 recliner seats, 4 bar stools, and a PS5.

This villa has ample space for up to 12 guests with 4 suites and 2 custom-theme kid's bedroom. On the ground floor, you will find the first suite with a queen-size bed and Jungle Cruise and Tiki Room decor throughout. On the second floor, you will find the rest of the bedrooms. The master suite has a king-size bed. The second suite is dedicated to Disney Imagineer Bob Gurr. “One of the last direct links to Walt Disney himself” Bob Gurr is said to have designed most, if not all, of the ride vehicles of the Disneyland attractions when the park opened, including Autopia, The Haunted Mansion, the Disneyland Monorail, the Submay Voyage, and the Matterhorn Bobleds. The third suite is our tribute to Mary Blair. (Coming Summer of 2023) With the little ones in mind, there are 2 custom built bedrooms just for them. There is a Peter Pan flight to Neverland bedroom with a Disney Caribbean Beach custom ship pirate bed. Lastly, Toy Story Al’s Toy Barn custom-built bedroom features twin bunk bed. All bedrooms have a SMART TV and en-suite bathroom.

The Encore Resort at Reunion is one of the newest vacation villa resorts in Central Florida and offers a new way to enjoy a luxury vacation villa.

Cleanliness - We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness at Classic Disney Villa. Our smoke-free villa is cleaned and disinfected following procedures that exceed the guidelines of the CDC and other applicable authorities. Hard flooring is throughout the downstairs of the villa for allergen reduction, and all of the carpets are cleaned and washed regularly.

Comforts-All of the adult beds are amazingly comfortable and the kid's beds are also extremely comfortable. If we wouldn't sleep on it ourselves, you won't find it at Classic Disney Villa. Ample towels and linens are provided, as are the following basic kitchen + cleaning products and toiletries.

About us-As the owners of Classic Disney Villa, we promise to do all I can to make your stay with us as comfortable and fun as possible. We take pride in our property, and stay in it ourselves often throughout the year. Our trusted local property manager (Gary and Faye) and our team at (Florida Park Explorers Grocery Delivery service and more) are ready to remedy anything that might need attention during your stay. Above all else, your comfort and security are our top priority.

-POOL Heat is available for $45 per night and must be purchased for the duration of your stay. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to do so.
-You must be 25 years of age to book.

- Guests are expected to respect resort quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. We reserve the right to remove guests who violate these rules and/or cause disturbances in the community.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa including the patio/pool area. Guests found smoking will be required to pay for additional cleaning/deodorizing and will be asked to vacate the property with no refund of rental monies.
- Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a fine and an immediate termination of your booking.
- Pets are not permitted in the villa. Any violation of this will result in a 100% forfeit of the stay and a request to vacate the property with immediate effect.
- Trash is collected daily, and must be bagged and put in the trash bin. Any unbagged garbage will not be collected, and may incur a fee.
- PLEASE respect this space by not moving, removing or handling of any such items. (No touchy). No souvenir huntin' allowed. Notice: We NO longer accept stolen artifacts or cursed objects as payment.
- If any damage occurs during your stay, please let us know. The cost to clean, fix or replace the damage at hand will be billed to your reservation. Damages may include any stained or missing items both inside and outside the villa. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to keep our villa in wonderful shape for all guests to come.
